Heads up, nature lovers! The National Park Service is offering free admission to all parks that normally charge an entrance fee on a few special days this year — including Shenandoah National Park. 🎉
Here are the dates you can visit for free:
- Wednesday, June 19 – Juneteenth National Independence Day
- Sunday, August 4 – Anniversary of the Great American Outdoors Act
- Friday, September 27 – National Public Lands Day
- Monday, November 11 – Veterans Day
Keep in mind: while entry is free on these days, other costs like reservations or timed entry fees might still apply.
