Kelsea Ballerini unveiled an unreleased ballad — and shared a heartfelt shoutout to Beyoncé — when she took the stage at Glamour’s Women of the Year Awards on Tuesday evening (October 8).

Ballerini performed “I Would, Would You,” one of 15 tracks to appear on her highly-anticipated fifth studio album, Patterns. Glamour shared a clip of Ballerini's performance on Instagram on Wednesday (October 9). The country star's album also includes previously-released tracks “Cowboys Cry Too” with Noah Kahan, “Sorry Mom” and “Two Things.” Ballerini has teased some of the unreleased songs — including “Wait!” — on her social media channels, and confirmed one more song will release before the full album at the end of the month.

Ballerini said at the Women of the Year Awards that it’s “ a dream to be in this room with so many of you,” and she’s “constantly inspired by women.”

“I’m a country artist, and the fact that Beyoncé made a country record changed the game. So thank you,” Ballerini added, referring to Beyoncé’s historic COWBOY CARTER that arrived earlier this year. Beyoncé applauded Ballerini’s performance. She smiled and placed her hand on her heart as she replied, “thank you so much.”

Ballerini will play a sold-out, “one night only” album release show at Madison Square Garden in New York City on October 29. The lineup includes sister duos Aly & AJ and Tigirlily Gold. Though the album release show is sold out, iHeartRadio is holding a contest to attend the concert and catch up with Ballerini in a backstage meet and greet. “The whole time I was making this album, I was visualizing and dreamscaping ways to bring it to life for our live show, and it was something I couldn't wait more than five days after its release to do,” Ballerini said in a statement. “When good things happen, when new chapters begin, you want to share them with your people. This time around, it just so happens to be in a bucket list venue in the heart of a city that is landmarked heavily in the music and visuals of PATTERNS. I'm so giddy to be celebrating this album release at Madison Square Garden...see you in New York City!”

Patterns will make its debut on October 25.
