Jamie Bisceglia was participating in a fishing derby and saw another group of fishermen with a live octopus. She thought it would be cool to take a picture with the tentacled mollusk, and even cooler to put the live creature on her face. She made a big mistake.
It turns out the octopus didn't appreciate being photographed and it bit the woman on the face -- twice. Bisceglia says after two days of pain that didn't go away, she finally went to the doctor who told her that the octopus had injected venom into her face. She was put on antibiotics but says the swelling and pain could last for months. (KIRO-TV)
