FCC Moves Forward With Plans To End Net Neutrality Rules

The FCC is moving forward with plans to roll back regulations on net neutrality.  The Obama-era rules prevent Internet service providers from blocking or slowing down consumer access to Internet content.

Companies like AT&T, Verizon and Comcast have been lobbying hard for a rollback, calling the regulations heavy-handed.  Supporters of net neutrality say it protects open access to the Internet.  The FCC will vote on the rollback next month.
